Hilarious. They want to tax strip club patrons an extra ten bucks. So now guys have to pay 20-25 bucks for cover, pay 3 x's as much as they normally would for drinks, pay a 10% charge for any cash advances on their credit cards, pay the $10-20 ATM fees AND a $10 tax. Poor boys.
Apparently they already passed it back home in Texas.
