gottta be flexible


Gravity stretches are great for gettin' you in that super sexy pose.
  1. Lay on the floor on your back and shimmy your but up to the wall, so that you can place your feet flat on the wall.
  2. Straighten your legs so that your feet are together.
  3. Spread your legs apart as far as you can, pointing your toes and keeping your feet on the wall.
  4. Now just hang out as long as you can...at least a few minutes..
  5. Make sure to bend your knees firs before bringing legs together.
